How the license works

Your key is a signed token the app checks on your Mac, offline. There's no activation server to go down, and we never see when or how you use it. One license covers the Macs you own, per person or household. Lost the email? Support can reissue it.

The license is short and loose: use the code, change it and build your own products on it, free or paid. The one rule is that you can't redistribute the code itself. Read the full Terms and License.

Refunds

There's no trial, and our policy is no refunds: the docs, security model and privacy page describe exactly what it does before you pay. We stand behind it, so if something isn't working, email [email protected] and we'll work it out. See the refund policy.

Payments

Paddle is our merchant of record: it charges your card, collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. We never see your card details. The charge appears on your statement as PADDLE.NET* NKATALLC. Questions about a charge go to paddle.net; questions about the app go to [email protected].
