Refund policy

Our policy is no refunds. We stand behind Blue Text Relay, and if something isn't working for you, email us and we'll work it out.

Before you buy

There's no free trial, so everything Blue Text Relay does is documented in public: the docs, the security model, the privacy page and the agent guide. Please read them and check the requirements (macOS 14 or later, Messages in iCloud, Full Disk Access) before you pay.

What you get

A lifetime license key, every future update, and the full source of every release. The key never expires and works offline.

If something's wrong

A duplicate charge, a key that never arrived, or a build that won't run on a supported Mac: email [email protected] from the address you bought with, and include your order number from the Paddle receipt. We read every message and will work it out with you.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits rights the law gives you where you live. Blue Text Relay is made by NKATA LLC and sold by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, under its buyer terms. Where consumer law or Paddle's terms require a refund, Paddle handles it.
